1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of digital products, services, expeditions, retreats, and experiences provided by Goingannawhere (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, booking, or using any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Digital products (presets, guides, downloads, courses, written content)
• Group expeditions, retreats, and in-person experiences
• Consulting, creative, or brand services
• Online or in-person events

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically via email, download link, or platform access. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address.

Due to the digital nature of these products, delivery is considered complete once access has been provided.

3. Expedition, Retreat & Experience Bookings

3.1 Booking and Payments

Expeditions and experiences may require a deposit or full payment to secure your spot. Spots are limited and not guaranteed until payment is received.

3.2 Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

3.3 Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• Valid passport and travel documentation
• Required visas
• Travel insurance
• Flights (unless explicitly included)
• Personal medical readiness

Goingannawhere is not responsible for denied boarding, visa issues, or travel interruptions outside our control.

3.4 Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to safety, weather, local conditions, or operational requirements.

3.5 Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that travel and expedition activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, accidents, transportation risks, and environmental conditions.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

3.6 Removal from Expedition

We reserve the right to remove participants without refund if behavior threatens safety, disrupts the group, or violates laws.

4. No Refund Policy

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Expeditions and Experiences

Payments and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, presets, guides, expedition materials, photos, videos, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Goingannawhere.

You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share without written permission.

6. Media Release

By participating in expeditions or experiences, you grant Goingannawhere permission to capture and use photo and video content for marketing and editorial purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full credit card information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Goingannawhere is not liable for travel disruptions, personal injury, illness, loss of belongings, or third-party failures.

All services are provided “as is.”

9. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. Contact us first at goingannawhere@gmail.com to resolve any issues.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
