Anna Bucklar

I am a photojournalist and explorer of the effects of environment on human health. Inspired by my own personal transformation after moving to a blue zone, I began to better understand why I spent so many years in dysregulation.

My work has crossed Southeast Asia and Central America, covering alternative medicine, ancient healing practices, and natural ecosystems to learn the science behind the human connection to nature.

I am the founder of The Nature Method and the author of The World Wants to Talk (2026). I am based in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.
