Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to The Global Healing Coach by Going Anna Where, the self-love Claude Project Kit (the "Product"), offered by Anna Bucklar / Goingannawhere ("Anna", "we", "us"). When you buy, download, or use the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use it.

The Global Healing Coach is a digital download: a Claude Project Kit with instructions, guides, journaling prompts, toolkits, meditations, and practices written by Anna. You load it into your own Claude account (by Anthropic) to create a personal AI companion that responds in Anna's voice and approach.

The Product is a one-time purchase. It does not include a Claude subscription, live access to Anna, or 1:1 coaching. To use it, you need your own Claude account, and you are responsible for any fees Anthropic charges.

The Global Healing Coach is a self-development and self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, psychiatric care, or legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. Using the Product does not create a coach–client, therapist–patient, or any other professional relationship with Anna.

Breathwork and somatic practices can cause strong physical or emotional responses. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition, epilepsy, high blood pressure, a history of trauma, or any other health concern, check with your doctor before trying them. Stop if you feel unwell.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please don't rely on The Global Healing Coach. Contact your local emergency number now. In the US, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Responses come from Claude, a third-party AI model, and are generated automatically. They are not written or reviewed by Anna in real time. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or say something that doesn't fit your situation. Use your own judgment, and you are responsible for the decisions you make. We don't control Anthropic's service, availability, pricing, or features, and changes on their side may affect how the Product works.

When you purchase, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal growth. You may not:

• resell, share, give away, or publish the kit files, instructions, or download link;
• use the Product to coach, treat, or serve clients, or build a competing product or service;
• copy, rebrand, or claim the content as your own.

All content in the Product, including Anna's name, likeness, voice, and the Goingannawhere brand, belongs to Anna Bucklar and is protected by intellectual property laws. We may revoke your license if you break these Terms.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. After purchase, you'll get access to your download on the welcome page and by email. Keep the link private.

Because the Product is a digital download that is delivered right away, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires it. If your download doesn't work or you were charged by mistake, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it.

Your conversations with The Global Healing Coach happen inside your own Claude account. We don't receive, read, or store them, and Anthropic's terms and privacy policy apply to them. We only keep the details needed to process and deliver your purchase, like your name, email address, and order record, and we may use your email to send you information about your purchase.

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without any guarantee of specific results. Personal growth depends on you, and outcomes vary from person to person.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Anna Bucklar and Goingannawhere are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions or actions you take based on the Product or on AI responses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

We may update the Product or these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date on this page. If you keep using the Product after an update, you accept the new Terms.
